FETCH’s Order and Pay solution enhances customer convenience, choice, and speed. It improves staff efficiency, reduces order and payment processing time, and allows staff to focus on service. This leads to an improved guest experience and better reviews.

You can have our order and pay solution with or without integration. If you don’t want or need it integrated into your till system (ePOS) then we can set you up immediately with a printer to receive the orders, or a tablet. If you want it integrated, no problem our team will set that up, we are integrators experts! 

Costs depend on the size and specific needs of your business. We offer flexible pricing options.

Yes, the tablet and printer is yours as long as you are a FETCH customer. You can choose to end your rolling contract at any time and you’ll need to return the equipment to us when you are no longer working with FETCH.

Yes, simply opt to end the rolling arrangement, with 30 days notice.
